The kitchen is an area of concern as a fire hazard (Gas Boiler, Hob & Oven), and we ask guests to be careful using the kitchen, with facilities differing from their own. Additionally, a Gas or Electric Fire is fitted in the living areas and care should be taken in the operation of the appliance.
Please note: We do operate a strict non-smoking policy in all of our accommodation
In the event of fire, make the situation known to any other occupants in your Cottage and exit the building as swiftly as possible, then ‘Raise the Alarm’ by phoning the Fire Brigade and contact the owners at Bulverton House, or by phone on 01395 708 229. The ‘Fire Assembly Point’ is located near the pedestrian gate in the car parking area.
