The most obvious area for fire hazard is the kitchen (Gas Hob & Oven), and we ask guests to be careful using the kitchen, with facilities differing from their own. Additionally a Gas Fire is fitted in the living areas and care should be taken in the operation of this appliance.

Please note: We do operate a strict non-smoking policy in all of our accommodation

In the event of fire, make the situation known to any other occupants in your Suite and exit the building as swiftly as possible, then please 'Raise the Alarm' by phoning the Fire Brigade and please call at Bulverton House.
